Delete Your GetFitPlans Account

You can request permanent deletion of your GetFitPlans account and all associated data at any time. This applies to accounts created on the GetFitPlans website and in the GetFitPlans Android app.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@getfitplans.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. No reason is required. We will confirm your request by reply email before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email address and login credentials)
  • Your fitness plan, calorie and macro targets
  • Meal logs, workout logs, supplement logs and progress history
  • Meal photos uploaded for AI analysis
  • Chat history with Preiva, your AI coach

What we keep

Order and payment records connected to purchases are retained where required by tax and accounting law, even after your account is deleted. These records are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Processing time

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
